Shipping Policy

We currently deliver across India to all metros and certain non-metro cities.

We have tied up with a reliable logistics partner that ensures reliable delivery of all items across cities.

We try our very best to ensure that there are no delays in shipments, but sometimes it's beyond our control.



  • While most of our products are shipped through us, certain items are directly shipped via the vendor, in which case shipping times may vary.

  • For products shipped through us, it takes anywhere between 7-20 days to deliver once your order has been confirmed.

  • For vendor shipped products it can take anywhere between 7-15 days for domestic vendors and 15-45 days for international vendors.

  • We ship on all days (Monday to Saturday) except Sundays and public holidays.


If you feel that the packaging of the product is tampered or damaged at the time of delivery, please refuse to accept delivery of the product and contact us immediately at , mentioning your order reference number and a picture of the tampered package. We shall ensure a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.

In case your shipment is delayed:

  • In case there is a delay, please send us an email at  with your order number.

  • In the unfortunate scenario that your shipment has been misplaced or lost en route, we can either resend the order to you (if the same products are still in stock), or issue a credit note to you, or reimburse the amount completely to you. In such a case, we would request you to confirm in writing to us that you have not received the product. However, our decision in this regards shall be final and binding to you and that you shall not be entitled to raise any claims in that regards. 




All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Packages are allotted and ready for shipment as soon as they are processed. Orders are not shipped on Sundays or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.


Customs, Duties and Taxes

Silver Line Compass LLP nor its brand Spice Sorcery is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


Silver Line Compass LLP nor its brand Spice Sorcery is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.


We are currently not accepting international orders through our website. However, this feature is set to be launched soon seeing the increasing requests. In the meantime, if you do have a request for an international shipment, please do send us an email at and if it’s a country within reach we’d be glad to ship a custom order for you.
